Adhering to the highest ASHI standards, we provide meticulous inspections, accompanied by accurate and easy to read reports, ensuring our clients receive the service and attention they deserve.
Our home inspector adheres to the Code of Ethics of the American Society of Home Inspectors as he inspects readily accessible, visually observable, installed systems and components set forth in the ASHI Standards of Practice. A thorough report will be written and presented to the client explaining the condition of the systems and components inspected that, in the professional judgment of the inspector, are not functioning properly, are significantly deficient, are unsafe, or are near the end of their service lives. The report will contain suggestions to have corrections made, monitor systems for possible future damage, or give recommendations for further evaluation, on the discovered deficiencies. There will be reasons or explanation given as to the nature of the deficiencies that are not self-evident. If a system or component, designated for inspection, is present at the time of the home inspection and is not inspected, the report will contain an explanation as to why the system was not inspected.
You will be assured to know that your inspector has your best interest in mind. We ask that you please consider any repair items mentioned in your report before purchasing or selling the subject property. We also recommended that qualified contractors are used for further inspection and repair.
