We are the Professional Choice. Elm-City Home Inspections will give you a full 10-page legal report with copies at the time the inspection is done. Elm-City Home Inspections now can electronically generate the 10 page report for you if needed. A number of photos ( 50-150 ) will be taken during the home inspection and a full addendum report of the home inspection will be sent to you.

We now will take some Infrared Thermal Imaging Photos with all our home inspections and a Thermal Infrared report is part of the inspection. All our home inspections also come with a Free ultrasonic Fuel Oil Tank Inspection. With your health safety in mind, we now perform a Free Air Radon test on all homes we inspect. I invite you to accompany me during the inspection so that I may point out features and concerns. There's plenty of time to ask any questions about the property, maintenance of the building or any other important matter about the structures. The average home inspection takes between 3-4 hours with a minimum of two hours of daylight. After the inspection is completed, I am available by telephone to discuss any issues that are of a concern to you.
