As the owners and the home inspectors, we are committed to providing our valued customers a thorough, impartial and comprehensive home inspection, along with continued service after the sale.

When you hire us to perform your home inspection we include a FREE mold inspection.

Every home inspection is accompanied by an onsite, computer generated narrative report that meets or exceeds Arizona home inspection requirements as described in the AZ Standards of Professional Practice. Our home inspection reports include color digital photographs to illustrate our findings.

We are always available to answer any questions you may have during or after the home inspection.

Every Arizona home inspection is insured for errors, omissions and general liability.

Customers are encouraged to be present during or at completion of the home inspection. Our average home inspection will take approximately 3 to 4 hours depending upon the size, age, and condition of the property. Other factors may also affect the time/cost of the home inspection, such as pools and spas, out buildings, etc.

Prior to delivery of the home inspection report, the State of AZ requires us to have a signed Home Inspection Authorization Agreement.

Our Arizona home inspection service gives the buyer an impartial, physical evaluation of the overall condition of the home at the time of our inspection and items that may need to be repaired or replaced. If we suspect a problem, we will report it to you and may recommend further evaluation by a qualified and competent contractor.

We also make your final home inspection report available on the internet. You will be given a confidential logon and password so only you, or the people you share the logon and password with, can view your home inspection report. (You need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.0 or a later version installed on the computer you use to view the report).

Unless arrangements are made prior to the home inspection, payment is due at completion of your home inspection.
