I received my training in home inspection from Texas A&M-Commerce (over 450 hours) and am licensed with the Texas Real Estate Commission, license #9199. Along with having a Bachelor's Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, I have over 15 years of experience in home construction, remodeling and handyman work as well as being with the Dallas Fire Department for the last 21 years. As a fireman, I am continually examining homes for fire safety. I am a member in good standing of the following organizations: International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) Independent Home Inspectors of North America (IHINA) Greater Tyler Association of Realtors I provide inspections for Senior citizens who desire to retire to Tyler and the East Texas area. I also provide inspections for those who are being transferred and which to relocate in Tyler and East Texas. |
