The provision of this service is for the initial term of one year and will renew on an annual basis. The annual charge thereafter is at American Home Inspector Directory's then current rates. Either party is entitled to cancel this service for any succeeding annual term with written notice to the other party prior to the beginning of that term.

THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AMERICAN HOME INSPECTION DIRECTORY. SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR BENEFITS IN CONNECTION WITH THE FURNISHING, PERFORMANCE, OR USE OF THE SERVICE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOME INSPECTION DIRECTORY CORP.'S CURRENT SERVER'S DOWN TIME. IN NO EVENT SHALL AMERICAN HOME INSPECTION DIRECTORY. BE LIABLE IN EXCESS OF THE ANNUAL FEE PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE.

The client is responsible for complying with all state and federal laws. The client will defend (at the client's expense) and hold harmless AMERICAN HOME INSPECTION DIRECTORY. from any claims arising out of the client's negligence or actions.

The client must affirm that all information provided to AMERICAN HOME INSPECTION DIRECTORY. is true and accurate as well as all information pertaining to their business residing on any web site that is linked to the client's listing on www.americanhomeinspectordirectory.com. Any links on the client's listing must not lead to any other listing service that in the opinion of HOME INSPECTION DIRECTORY CORP. is a competitive service. The Client must agree that AMERICAN HOME INSPECTION DIRECTORY. has the right to terminate their listing without any refund if in the opinion of HOME INSPECTION DIRECTORY CORP. they are acting in a fraudulent or unfair manner or have violated any federal or state laws or AMERICAN HOME INSPECTION DIRECTORY rules.
